When will my order ship?

Please allow us 2-5 weeks to ship out all orders, according to our shipping policy.

If it has not yet been 5 weeks since you placed your order, please be patient with us and be expecting a shipping confirmation email from us with your tracking number in it soon!

If it has been over 5 weeks and you have not yet received a shipping confirmation email from us, please email our Customer Service team at help@saylesslifestyle.com and we will work with you to get your order out to you ASAP.


Are you accepting any ambassadors?

No, at the moment we are not accepting any official brand ambassadors.

However, we are always looking to feature people who rep the Sayless Lifestyle merch!

Be sure to tag us in any posts where you are wearing Sayless Lifestyle merch, and we will be sure to feature you on our Instagram page!


Where is my tracking number?

If you have not yet received your tracking number, it means we have not yet shipped out your order. As soon as we ship out your order, you will receive an email with the subject line: "Your Sayless Lifestyle® order is on the way!". This email will contain access to your tracking number and info.

 

Do you ship internationally?

Yes! We ship worldwide using USPS International Shipping services.

 

How is the sizing of your clothing?

All of our sizes are adult unisex (kids sizes coming soon).

Tees - true to size

Hoodies - true to size

Pants - true to size

Wristbands - adult sized, one size fits all (diameter: 2.5"; height: 0.5")

 

Do I have to pay for shipping on returns?

No! We will take care of the necessary cost of returns for you. See our refund policy for more info.
